AS: Only E

Genin: E, D, 1 or 2 C

Chunin: E, D, C, B

Jounin: E, D, C, B, 1 or 2 A

Anbu: E, D, C, B, A

Kage: E, D, C, B, A, 1 S

At Age 5= 1 jutsu and go up by ones till age 13 then go up by twos example:
6= 2
7= 3
13= 10
14= 12

You can have Main: any Sub: B or below Not Main or Sub: C or below

This rule might change but it is to keep from people who have unbelievable amounts of jutsus. Also all jutsus added after intial character app has to be roleplayed that you learned it. It has to be at least a well written ten paragrapghs and this number may be able to change for certain jutsus.
